The Crown Collective is part of our registered business, Zayin Ventures. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers.
Please take the time to read these terms and conditions, as browsing or purchasing on this website means that you have agreed to these terms, as well as all terms listed online in relation to our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy.
The Crown Collective Subscription Box confirm that no agreement is formed with a customer until an order has been accepted and processed and an order confirmation has been sent. Stock issues or technical glitches can happen from time to time.
By using this website, you guarantee that you have read, understood and agreed that:

- you are bound to these terms and conditions,

Our Subscription Business is a non-denominational Christian business, and we aren't associated with any church. We are an independent business, not a place of worship. We believe in the Father, the Son & the Holy Spirit.
We specifically do not associate with anything "new age" which includes the following: Yoga, card readings of any type, meditation and mindfulness of the Hindu type, law of attraction, crystals, fire burning, moon watching or anything of the new age movement.
Subscription
Subscribing: By subscribing, you agree to pay your subscription fee for the goods that are delivered for the term agreed by both parties.
Any introductory discount applied on the 6-month subscription means your first month is an introductory month. It also means you have a minimum of another 6 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
Any introductory discount applied on the 12-month subscription means your first month is an introduction month. It also means you have a minimum of another 12 payments due on your commitment term before you can cancel.
Subscription Renewal: By signing up for a The Crown Collective Box subscription, you understand and agree you will be charged at the standard rate and that any promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not transfer or apply to your renewal fee. The Company do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for 'auto renewals' proceeding if you have failed to cancel your subscription before your next renewal date. You understand and agree that you will be automatically billed after your current subscription of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months expires unless the subscription is 'set to cancel' before your final payment date in your initial commitment.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
If you do not cancel your membership prior to your subscription renewal your subscription will automatically renew for a new subscription period of the same amount of time.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account on the The Crown Collective Subscription Box website at any time. This does not initiate any kind of refund if you fail to cancel before the renewal date.
Your subscription is continuous until you cancel and, if you cancel your membership before the end of an existing subscription commitment period, you will be charged for the remainder of that subscription period.
By The Crown Collective Subscription Box stating you can cancel at anytime this directly refers to the renewal and not your commitment term.
Any discounts given on the first month of a new subscription are applied on the assumption you stay subscribed for the entire initial commitment period. If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment, you no longer qualify for any discount on any boxes and must pay the one-month rate for any box you received a discount on.
The Crown Collective Subscription Box does not offer a 'free trial' unless stated. You can only cancel after the first box if you select a month-to-month subscription. A 3, 6 or 12-month subscription is different, and you have agreed to stay for the entire subscription period. This policy protects the company from abuse of our discount systems given to new members who want to join up on a new subscription. If you agree to a 3, 6 or 12-month subscription, you need to stay for the full commitment period. Normal month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any point.
The Crown Collective Subscription Box is a subscription service, by signing up, you agree that it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account profile. The Company do not accept responsibility to cancel your account on your behalf. It is up to the customer alone to cancel the subscription. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date.
You must cancel your subscription 24 hours before the renewal date. If you do not cancel prior to the renewal date of a calendar month, you will be charged for that month's service and you will receive a The Crown Collective Subscription Box. All cancellation requests received after the renewal date of a calendar month will apply to the following calendar month.

DISCLAIMER: The Crown Collective Subscription Box makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of this content, the content of any site linked to this site, contributors, information or any other items or sites linked to this site. We assume no liability or responsibility for:
- Errors or inaccuracies of content and materials;

- Any interruption or down-time on the website;

Price
Prices are all displayed and quoted in Australian Dollars. The Crown Collective Subscription Box reserves the right to do any and all fraud checks required. The Crown Collective Subscription Box reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Shipping & Refund Policy
Subscription membership boxes and packages cannot be returned. If you have received a damaged item, please Contact Us and we will send you a replacement.
We do not accept returns on boxes due to change of mind. Please do not send individual products in your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@zayinventures.com.au. Please note we may not be able to get the exact same item. In the case of this, we will offer a refund to the price of the item or send you an equivalent item.
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149 (AU addresses only). For orders under $149, a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 AUD applies anywhere across Australia.
To return a damaged product, please contact info@zayinventures.com.au.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Intellectual Property
The Crown Collective Subscription Box owns all content other than out linked content. This includes our website, data base, content, images, logo, titles, names, illustrations, designs, marketing, graphics, text and images. This may not be used by you for any reason unless authorised in writing from The Crown Collective Subscription Box. Any use of any content is against copyright law.
You must not access zayinventures.com.au or thecrowncollectivebox.com.au to do anything for an illegal purpose. International users agree to this in their jurisdiction. You must not attempt to hack, modify or use the website illegally. You must not do anything that would harm users or The Crown Collective Subscription Box.
