Your subscription automatically renews on the 1st of each month, and you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard.
Every month centers around a specific biblical theme. While the exact contents remain a joyful surprise, a standard box includes an economy Bible (NKJV), a journal, hand-poured scripture candles, custom faith crafts, lifestyle accessories (mugs, shawls, or keychains), devotionals, and verse cards.
Yes! Alongside our monthly subscriptions, we offer One-Time Gift Boxes and prepaid 3-month or 6-month gift plans that do not automatically renew. Simply select the "Gift This Box" option at checkout.
We ship our monthly boxes in batches between the 1st and 5th of every month. If you subscribe before the 20th, you will receive the current month's featured theme. Orders placed after the 20th will secure the following month's upcoming theme.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $149 (AU addresses only). For orders under $149, a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.95 AUD applies anywhere across Australia. Tracking details will be emailed to you the moment your box leaves our studio.

Yes, our bulk church rates start at a minimum order of 20 units for our premium "Table" boxes, and 50 units for our essential welcome packs.

We believe in a grace-first approach—managing your account should never be stressful! Simply log into your account dashboard on our website, click "Manage Subscriptions," and select pause, skip a month, or cancel. Please ensure adjustments are made before the 25th of the month to prevent being billed for the next cycle.
While we pack every box with prayers and extreme care, shipping mishaps can happen. If a fragile item like a candle or mug arrives damaged, simply take a photo and email it to info@zayinventures.com.au. We will immediately send you a replacement free of charge.
